With its 7km long beach Chinsta rocks as a kiting destination with good kiting on both north-east and south-westerly winds with ample space and a lagoon to learn and practice on. Chintsa is a definite stop on the kiting route of SA. check out windguru.com and East London for an idea of the prevailing conditions.

Chintsa is not a noticed or known kite-surfing destination as of yet. Maybe keeping is a secret is good for now ;-)
